Gaby’s first degree is from the University of Waterloo in Health Studies. It was during her time at UW that she discovered midwifery and pursued it all the way to Laurentian University where she completed the Midwifery Education Program. She returned home to the region and joined St. Jacobs Midwives in 2006.
Gaby is an Emergency Skills Instructor and has served on various provincial and hospital committees. She has a passion for promoting excellence in clinical care. She has also served as an Expert Opinion for the College of Midwives of Ontario.
Gaby has worked and travelled around the world including Europe, Southeast Asia, Africa and Central America. In her free time she can be found cooking, biking and daydreaming about her next trip.
